We have in house access to FAR and FAR/BAR forms. Attorney Carol Cobourn Asbury is always available to prepare and review residential closings, at no charge, when acting as title agent. In addition to the standard real estate forms we can also prepare mortgages, ammortization schedules, notes, pre & post occupancy agreements, escrow agreements, lease agreements and all other real estate legal forms.
